We try to be as precise and correct as possible. Though we do not allow it, all of the information and content on this site is accurate, complete, dependable, up-to-date, and error-free. It is recommended that you conduct your search for more complete and effective information. On-Site Customer Conduct

You agree and accept that you will not send, upload, post, or distribute anything via our website that is offensive, unauthorized, or restricts other users from using our website, or infringe on Zed Custom Boxes or any third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights. We do not regulate the contents forwarded by users or clients of our website, and hence cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or excellence of the content. We disclaim any duty for content that may be considered aggressive, offensive, or disagreeable by you, regardless of the situation. All information, data, typescript, photos, graphics, messages, and other materials are solely the responsibility of the person who created them.

Zedcustomboxes.com™ may preserve content and disclose content if required by law or if such disclosure is required to: (i) act by legal process; (ii) execute the terms of service; (iii) respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third parties; or (iv) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Zed Custom Boxes, its users, and the community.

Submit Artwork Files for Designing

All artwork, designs, and pictures must be sent in CMYK format and at a resolution of at least 300 DPI. We are not responsible for any color alterations that occur during RGB to CMYK color mode conversions. Zedcustomboxes.com™ is also not liable for images that are unclear, deformed, or pixilated as a result of customer-supplied artwork.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Zed Custom Boxes will do its best to match the color as closely as feasible with the given files; but, due to ink specifications and printing limits, the exact intensity cannot be matched. However, we guarantee roughly 90% color matching, and if it falls short, we will have your products reprinted for free. Print jobs without a hardcopy proof, on the other hand, will not be reprinted. Contact us for a short hardcopy proof and other specifics for same-day delivery.

Because the customer is fully responsible for the design files, you must proofread everything before submitting it. Check your Post Office rules to become acquainted with the most recent sending limits for your artwork. We take the necessary precautions to protect your artwork files; however, we are not liable for their loss or damage. You agree that your artwork files will not contain any material that could give rise to a criminal, civil, publicity, privacy, or intellectual property concern. We will not print anything that promotes sexuality or violence.

Policy for Returns and Refunds

Because we offer custom packaging, you must notify us of any faulty product within three business days at INFO@zedcustomboxes.com. We cannot issue a refund in this circumstance, but we will make you happy by reprinting the product and modifying it to your specifications. However, the new product may take 8 to 10 working days to reach you.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

All prices quoted by our customer care representatives will be in US dollars (USD). Due to the custom nature of our printing products and other services, we will not begin working on your orders for printing jobs or other services until a full payment, including all charges, taxes, shipping and handling fees, is made by credit card or by the user of our website with an approved payment method. Customers using our website must approve proof of the electronic file of the printing products or other services they want as part of the order process.

After a print project has been accepted by the customer and sent to press on or through our website, no changes to the artwork files, job parameters, or printing turnaround time are permitted. You have four hours following approval of the proof to cancel your order. Before the order is cancelled, a charge of $60 will be applied to the entire order amount. You may also cancel orders after accepting the task for printing within the time limit of 12 hours. Such cancellation will result in a fee of 15% of the entire order value to reimburse work done in our pre-press department as well as cancellation financial costs.
